At Rotterdam Taxi Service RTS, transparency and affordability come first. We use the official government-regulated meter rates for rides in and around Rotterdam, and offer fixed fares for airport transfers and long-distance trips.

Standard taxi rates (1–4 passengers)
For standard taxis in and around Rotterdam, the official government-regulated taxi rates apply. These rates are valid for both private and business travel with a licensed taxi.
Every trip consists of a starting fare, a per-kilometre rate and a time-based rate. If the driver needs to wait, a waiting rate per hour applies. You can pay cash, by debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and the most common credit cards.

These rates follow national regulations and apply to licensed taxis in Rotterdam. For longer trips and returning customers, we can agree on a fixed fare or extra discount upon request.
Taxi van rates (5–8 passengers)
Travelling with a group or lots of luggage? A taxi van is the best option. The official government-regulated maximum rates apply here as well, so you can count on a transparent and fair price.
For group transport in and outside Rotterdam, we’re happy to arrange competitive deals or a fixed fare, for example for corporate outings, events or recurring trips.

Business travel & rates
For business customers, the same base rates apply, but we can arrange fixed fare agreements and account options. Invoice payment is possible, with clear billing and room for recurring trips, executive travel and airport transfers.
Group transport & custom quotes
For corporate outings, events, hotels, shuttle services and larger groups, we can provide a custom quote. For multiple vans, return trips or recurring transport, tiered discounts and monthly agreements are available.
Medical transport & special rides
For medical transport, hospital visits and special rides, we take the time you need. Our drivers are experienced, helpful and drive extra smoothly when required. Together we’ll find a suitable solution and a fair rate.
